چکیده
Bacillus is a rhizobacterium that can help with the nutrient cycle in soil. Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) be found rhizosphere of many plants. This research was divided into two parts: (1) test ability genus isolates to withstand various NaCl concentrations saline and acidic soils; (2) quantification secondary metabolites produced by form hormones organic acids. valezensis (BPF2), which dissolve phosphate, sp (BPK1), subtilis (BPK2), potassium, were tested. increased availability phosphate potassium soils produced, such as acids hormone indole acetic acid. The results showed three could still phosphorous 3% addition, but concentration decreased incubation time H+15. On 30th day, inoculation improved soil up 88% 73% compared control. other hand, sp. raised until day 10, reaching maximum 0.37 me.100g−1. PGPRs (Bacillus valezensis, sp., subtilis) 13.25, 11.97, 14.97 g.mL−1 acid metabolites, respectively. Acetic, lactic, citric, malic, oxalic among produced. most lactic at 4.94 mg.L−1, while acid, 2.91 2.55 mg,L−1, respectively.

Soil salinity is one of the most widespread agricultural problems which reduce the field crop productivity. Salinity disturbs the hormonal balance in plants which results in poor growth. Use of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) is considered an economical and environment-friendly approach to combat salinity stress. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of auxin producin...

Abstract Many agricultural researches have been performed to improve soil productivity. Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P) are essential elements which are utilized by the plants in large amounts. Phosphorus can be provided by applying chemical fertilizers. Microorganisms convert insoluble phosphate to the soluble form and some bacteria such as rhizobacteria play an important role in this proces...

متن کاملPlant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria: A Critical Review
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are naturally occurring soil bacteria that aggressively colonize plant roots and benefit plants by providing growth promotion. Inoculation of crop plants with certain strains of PGPR at an early stage of development improves biomass production through direct effects on root and shoots growth. Inoculation of ornamentals, forest trees, vegetables, and a...
